I just used this company to repair some emergency plumbing problems at our home. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and take a lot of pride in their work. They do rough as well as finished plumbing. Highly recommend. Good plumbers are extremely hard to find and Paul and his crew are awesome.

Great experience with the Re-Store Services team. Good people to work with. I had a water heater leak that caused water damage to my garage walls and downstairs bathroom. I found the water leak late on a Saturday evening. The Re-Store Services team got back to me right away on a Sunday even though they were closed. They were on-site the next morning on Monday and set up a temporary new Water heater install just to get my hot water and showers working again. Found out that the shower valves had to have both cold and hot water pressure to work. The communication and responsiveness throughout the repair process was great. The office team (Tamy and others), owner (Igor), and multiple technicians that came to my house for the repairs each day communicated with me on the water damage mitigation and repairs work scheduled for the week. The Re-Store services team repairs work was performed quickly and was high quality. Very much appreciate the repairs help from the Re-store services team to get the house back to normal.

Igor and his team are always great communicators and very responsive to requests. I’ve used Igor since I had a big leak a few years ago and he was great at helping mitigate the water damage. Since then I’ve referred him to many friends and continue to call him for all plumbing needs. Most recently I had Eric at my house and he was very pleasant. Water leak problem found Friday afternoon and all other business would come and check next day except this company. Tamy was willing to help me out by conveniently scheduling a plumber in the same day, Friday evening. Igor, the general manager visited to diagnose the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. Luckily, it was not majorly damaged but I would have been worrying until I could find someone to check it out. I would definitely continue using this company. Thanks for all your help!
